With the opening fixtures in the books, the legs just about recovered from the sand, it's time for the cream to rise to the top.
Week Two is set to be a closely fought affair across the board with six more fixtures set for the iconic Camps Bay beach in Cape Town.
The Camps Bay Legends are spoken about in hushed tones in these parts. Most of the squad have been running out on the Sands of the Atlantic Seaboard for many a moon and with a comfortable opening victory in week one where they underlined their tags as title challengers. The CB Legends this week take on both of the Switch sides; the members who did not get on the board last week and the players who will be more of a challenge having a win and draw to their names.
Last seasons finalists, the Inbetweeners will be looking to follow up opening night victory with two more wins this week and underline their position as a side who wasn't a one hit wonder. Kyle Williamson is still missing Ryle Rene De Morny but he does have Warren Hill and Raph Jeftha to call on and that was more than enough last week.
In arguably the fixture of the week, the Inbetweeners will take on the Caprice Cobras who are also unbeaten and will go a long way to knowing which of these two talented sides will be fighting for the title this season.
The top two teams from each group qualify for the Cup rounds on Finals Day with the remaining sides heading into the plate rounds. This means that every game is vital with only the top four at the end of the regular season having a chance to be crowned 'Beach Rugby Kings of Cape Town'
